This Supplemental Privacy Notice ("Notice") describes how Picsart, Inc. collects, uses, and shares personal information in connection with the Earn with Picsart program ("Program"). This Notice supplements Picsart's Privacy Policy and applies only to information collected through the Program.

This information is collected by accessing publicly available data on the applicable social media platforms. Picsart does not access private or non-public account data. You are responsible for ensuring your account settings allow public access to the engagement data required for reward calculation.

Stripe collects additional information for payment processing and KYC compliance, which may include:
Banking/payment information
Tax documentation (W-9/W-8BEN)
Government ID for identity verification

4. DATA COLLECTION METHOD
At launch, Picsart collects social media data by accessing publicly available information associated with the username or profile URL you provide. Picsart does not use OAuth or direct API authentication to access your social media accounts at launch. Picsart reserves the right to implement OAuth or other authentication methods in the future, in which case this Notice will be updated accordingly.
5. DISCONNECTION
You may disconnect a social media account from the Program at any time through your Picsart account settings. If you disconnect a social account mid-campaign, existing data remains in our system and you may withdraw any earned balance. If you change your social media username or make your account private, Picsart may be unable to retrieve engagement data, and reward calculations for affected submissions may be paused or adjusted.

We retain Program-related data (submission history, social media metrics, payout records) for as long as your Picsart account exists. Following account deletion, Picsart may retain certain records (including payout history and tax-related information) as required by applicable law.
8. YOUR RIGHTS & DELETION
You may request deletion of your Program data by deleting your Picsart account through the standard account deletion process.
If you want to disconnect from the Program without deleting your Picsart account, you may disconnect your social accounts and Stripe account. Historical submission and payout data will be retained for legal and tax compliance purposes.
9. US STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS
Residents of California and other states with consumer privacy laws have additional rights as described in Picsart's main Privacy Policy, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of certain data practices.
