  4. When you’re done, click Export on the top right to save your email signature design. Then, upload it as your email signature.

2. Select Custom size.
3. Tap on the resolution on the top (400×400) to set a custom resolution. Email signatures generally range between 300 and 400 pixels in width and between 70 and 150 pixels in height.
