On Monday, November 13th, Worldwide Orphans (WWO) is hosting their annual gala in NYC. WWO, established in 1997 by Dr. Jane Aronson, is supported by Amy Poehler and her organization Smart Girls. To help raise awareness, we’re hosting the Worldwide Orphans Remix Challenge in the app!
Worldwide Orphans is an organization that transforms the lives of orphaned children to help them become healthy, independent, productive members of their communities and the world. WWO is supported by celebrities like Seth Meyers, Connie Britton, Nico Tortorella, Isabella Farrell, Dan Amboyer and of course, Amy Poehler. The top 10 winners of the Challenge will receive a signed copy of Amy Poehler’s book “Yes Please.” We’ll be compiling the top remixes into a remix video to help promote the event.
To help us spread the word, head over to the Challenges section of the app to enter. You can use any of the stickers or #FreeToEdit images on the official Worldwide Orphans PicsArt profile at @wworphans to create a remix. Once you’ve entered the Challenge in the app, don’t forget to share your remix on Instagram with the hashtags #picsart and #wworphans and mentioning @picsart and @wworphans.
