For several weeks already, the editors of both magazines provide tutorials on all aspects of becoming a better PicsArt photographer. Today&#8217;s tutorial is from the editors of Digital Photographer.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"STEP_1\">STEP 1<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Take a photo that will&nbsp;work well with a sense of&nbsp;movement added to it.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn9.picsart.com\/9461694093.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Step 2<\/h3>\n<p>Use the motion blur filter in PicsArt on the image.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn8.picsart.com\/8095618362.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Step 3<\/h3>\n<p>Tap the shape button and drag the tool over your&nbsp;subject&rsquo;s face.
