Read on to learn how to do it, and then share your edits with the hashtag <a href=\"http:\/\/picsart.com\/hashtag\/PencilEffect\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">#PencilEffect<\/a>!<\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"Step_1_Open_Effects_Menu\">Step 1: Open Effects Menu<\/span><\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Open your image in the <a href=\"https:\/\/picsart.com\/photo-editor\">photo editor<\/a>. Swipe the Details slider to the left to decrease the definition of the Effect, and to the right to increase it.
