Follow along to learn the basics, and then give it a try for yourself!<\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"Step_1_Fill_Background_Layer\">Step 1: Fill Background Layer<\/span><\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Fill your background layer with a dark shade of purple by selecting the layer, tapping on the paint bucket icon, and selecting your color. In another layer, use a soft, light purple brush with a lowered opacity to start adding clouds.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn45.picsart.com\/181998055000201.jpg?r1024x1024\" alt=\"Fill the background layer\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn46.picsart.com\/181998076000201.jpg?r1024x1024\" alt=\"Soft brush to draw clouds\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"Step_2_Finish_Background\">Step 2: Finish Background<\/span><\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Using a soft brush, continue adding clouds, this time using a variety of colors.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn57.picsart.com\/181998118000201.jpg?r1024x1024\" alt=\"Soft brush to color the clouds\" width=\"100%\" \/>\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn54.picsart.com\/181998138003201.jpg?r1024x1024\" alt=\"Merge the layers\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"Step_3_Add_Planet\">Step 3: Add Planet<\/span><\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Use the Shape Tool (with the Fill option selected) to add your first planet in a new layer. In another layer, use a soft, semi-transparent brush to paint dust clouds over it in different colors, including black.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn53.picsart.com\/181998156000201.jpg?r1024x1024\" alt=\"New layer to draw a planet\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn54.picsart.com\/181998172000201.jpg?r1024x1024\" alt=\"Draw dust clouds\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"Step_4_Add_Second_Planet_Clouds\">Step 4: Add Second Planet &amp; Clouds<\/span><\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Add a second planet to your drawing. Use a soft, light blue brush with a reduced opacity to add a halo of light around the edge of the planet. Using a soft, semi-transparent brush in different shades of orange and red, draw a series of dust clouds.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn50.picsart.com\/181998188000201.jpg?r1024x1024\" alt=\"Add different shades planet\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn56.picsart.com\/181998202001201.jpg?r1024x1024\" alt=\"Draw Series of Dust clouds\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"Step_5_Add_Planets_Stars\">Step 5: Add Planets &amp; Stars<\/span><\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Continue adding planets and moons to your drawing. Using a very small white brush, add stars. Use a soft white brush to add a few glimmers of light, outlining them in different colors with the same soft brush.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn50.picsart.com\/181998233000201.jpg?r1024x1024\" alt=\"Draw planets and stars\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn44.picsart.com\/181998266000201.jpg?r1024x1024\" alt=\"Draw glimmers of light\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"Step_6_Add_Details\">Step 6: Add Details<\/span><\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Add a few more planets, using a soft, light blue brush around the edges to make them glow. Use the Shape Tool to add rings around one of the planets. Draw in a few constellations and other geometric elements using the Brush Tool and the line option of the Shape Tool. Use a small, semi-transparent white brush to add a soft glow around some of the stars.
