Impressed by his funky fish hat, Leo complimented Bob on his unique fashion choice. Bob, recently retired, explained that his inspiration came from his brother, who wore a hat every day of his life featuring a fish poking out the front and back. We aimed to keep the retro feel of Bob\u2019s inspiration while ensuring the visuals were fun and captivating. Using Picsart\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/picsart.com\/ai-logo-generator\/\">AI Logo Maker<\/a>, we generated several options and landed on one that felt the most authentic to Bob\u2019s vibe and product offering.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"Branding_Elements\">Branding Elements<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-220286\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.picsart.com\/2024\/12\/branding-elements--780x780.jpg\" alt=\"A color palette of light grey, mustard yellow, royal blue, and cream, and fish branding elements\" width=\"780\" height=\"780\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.picsart.com\/2024\/12\/branding-elements--780x780.jpg 780w, https:\/\/cdnblog.picsart.com\/2024\/12\/branding-elements--1024x1024.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/cdnblog.picsart.com\/2024\/12\/branding-elements--150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/cdnblog.picsart.com\/2024\/12\/branding-elements-.jpg 1080w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 780px) 100vw, 780px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Next, we tackled the branding elements. Building from the logo, we selected a cohesive color palette. Since Bob\u2019s hats come in blue and cream, those were obvious choices. To complement them, we added mustard yellow and light grey.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Of course, the key visual elements had to tie back to the hats themselves. This was a no-brainer. Playing on the phrase \u201chook, line, and sinker,\u201d we came up with <\/span><b>\u201cHook, Line, Slay.\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Not only do the words \u201chook\u201d and \u201cline\u201d perfectly match Bob\u2019s product theme, but the original phrase is also relevant as it implies that it\u2019s impossible to resist Bob\u2019s hats. Lastly, we added the word \u201cSlay,\u201d as Gen Z seems to comprise a large chunk of Bob\u2019s audience.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"Making_Social_Graphics\">Making Social Graphics<\/span><\/h2>\n<div style=\"width: 640px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><!--[if lt IE 9]><script>document.createElement('video');<\/script><![endif]-->\n<video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-220264-1\" width=\"640\" height=\"640\" preload=\"metadata\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.picsart.com\/2024\/12\/Copy-of-Copy-of-Copy-of-Instagram-Square-TemplateStepByStep-Square-1080x1080-1.mp4?_=1\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.picsart.com\/2024\/12\/Copy-of-Copy-of-Copy-of-Instagram-Square-TemplateStepByStep-Square-1080x1080-1.mp4\">https:\/\/cdnblog.picsart.com\/2024\/12\/Copy-of-Copy-of-Copy-of-Instagram-Square-TemplateStepByStep-Square-1080x1080-1.mp4<\/a><\/video><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With the branding complete, it was time to create some social graphics. We also made sure to infuse an air of novelty and fun to reflect the playful charm of the fish hats themselves.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"The_Final_Catch\">The Final Catch<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">So, there you have it! Branding for Bob, with plenty of personality to match his fish hats.
