Eligible images will be judged on creativity and adherence to the Get Surreal theme.<\/li>\n<li>You can submit as many images as you like.<\/li>\n<li>There will be 2 first prize winners and 2 second prize winners.<\/li>\n<li>The 2 first prize winners will receive a Creative Surface Bundle including a Surface Pro 4 (128 GB), a Surface Pen, Surface Pen Tip Kit and a Kate Spade Printed Sleeve (approximately $1,000 value).<\/li>\n<li>The 2 second prize winners will receive a Surface Pro 3 (128 GB) and a Surface Pen \u00a0(Approximately $700 value).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Fine Print:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The winner must be a US resident.<\/li>\n<li>Each person may only win a total of one prize in this contest.<\/li>\n<li>The winner will be notified of winning via comment from a PicsArt Community Manager within one week of the voting ending with instructions to contact PicsArt to claim the prize. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his\/her photo comments for prize notification and \u00a0for following the instructions.<\/li>\n<li>PicsArt has the right to forfeit that prize winner\u2019s prize if: (1) \u00a0a winner does not follow the instructions to claim the prize within one week, or (2) the prize is returned as undeliverable.<\/li>\n<li>The prize is non-transferable.
