Whether you\u2019re considering getting a full tattoo sleeve or\u00a0going for a more minimalist approach, it\u2019s all possible to test out in PicsArt. Today, we&#8217;re sharing a few ways to give yourself a fake tattoo that will have everyone doing a double take. And if you like it, you have a cool photo to show your tattoo artist.<\/p>\n<h1><span id=\"Use_Clipart\">Use Clipart<\/span><\/h1>\n<p>Clipart is your easy, no-fail way to add tattoos to your photos. You\u2019re sure to find what you want in the PicsArt Shop, (along with a few things you didn\u2019t even <em>realize<\/em>\u00a0you wanted). Our favorite packages these days are Hipster Tattoo, Zentangle Art, and Glyphs, but there are lots more for you to experiment with. When you&#8217;re applying Clipart, just be sure to reduce the opacity a bit so that it looks more natural.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"pa-embeded-image\" src=\"\/\/cdn103.picsart.com\/205501812000202.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" height=\"\" data-id=\"205501812000202\" \/><script src=\"\/\/picsart.com\/embed.js?v1.1.0\" async=\"async\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"pa-embeded-image\" src=\"\/\/cdn109.picsart.com\/205502468001202.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" height=\"\" data-id=\"205502468001202\" \/><\/p>\n<h1><span id=\"Test_Out_a_Temporary_Tattoo_with_the_Stretch_Tool\">Test Out a Temporary Tattoo with the Stretch Tool<\/span><\/h1>\n<p>Lots of celebs are infamous for stretching and shrinking parts of their photos (thigh gap, anyone?), but there\u2019s a lot more that you can do with the Stretch Tool. When you want your Clipart to blend seamlessly onto a curved surface (like\u2026a human body), the Stretch Tool will be your godsend. Use it to pinch and enlarge areas of your tattoo\u00a0so that it appears curved. The effect is subtle enough that people probably won&#8217;t notice it, but powerful enough that it makes a difference.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"pa-embeded-image\" src=\"\/\/cdn102.picsart.com\/205504967000202.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" height=\"\" data-id=\"205504967000202\" \/><script src=\"\/\/picsart.com\/embed.js?v1.1.0\" async=\"async\"><\/script><\/p>\n<h1><span id=\"Simple_Geometric_Shapes\">Simple Geometric Shapes<\/span><\/h1>\n<p>The Shape Tool is your go-to for this one. Just open your photo in Draw and use the Shape Tool to add on your favorite shape. Circles, diamonds, Illuminati-style triangles? Check, check and check. If you&#8217;re not sure where to start, get inspired by these <a href=\"https:\/\/picsart.com\/blog\/post\/geometric-patterns\">15 geometric patterns<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"pa-embeded-image\" src=\"\/\/cdn109.picsart.com\/205521578003202.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" height=\"\" data-id=\"205521578003202\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Pro tip: Layers are super helpful for edits with the Shape Tool because they allow you to adjust the size and placement after you&#8217;ve added your shape. Instead of manually creating separate shapes and going through the painstaking process of making them all the same size and dimensions, we just put the first shape on an empty layer, duplicated it twice and then used the &#8220;Transform&#8221; option to drag the shapes\u00a0into place.<\/p>\n<p><script src=\"\/\/picsart.com\/embed.js?v1.1.0\" async=\"async\"><\/script><\/p>\n<h1><span id=\"Add_Your_Favorite_Quote\">Add Your Favorite Quote<\/span><\/h1>\n<p>Whether it\u2019s an affirmation of your awesomeness, a line from your favorite poem, or a reminder to just breathe, experiment with different texts and fonts on your shots. Our favorite font packages for this\u00a0are the Handwritten, Typeface and Tattoo Fonts packages. And, if you&#8217;re on Android, the Text Tool lets you to curve\u00a0your text for a more natural look. Just tap on the sliders icon at the top of the screen, select &#8220;Wrap&#8221; and use the slider to curve your text (iOS users, don&#8217;t despair \u2014 the Stretch Tool will get the job done too).<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"pa-embeded-image\" src=\"\/\/cdn108.picsart.com\/205503333004202.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" height=\"\" data-id=\"205503333004202\" \/><script src=\"\/\/picsart.com\/embed.js?v1.1.0\" async=\"async\"><\/script><\/p>\n<h1><span id=\"Peeking_Out_From_Your_Clothes\">Peeking Out From Your Clothes<\/span><\/h1>\n<p>Remember that the whole tattoo doesn\u2019t have to appear in the photo. Instead, let\u00a0it peek out from your sleeve, your socks, your shorts (We wear clothes. It makes sense). Just tap on the eraser icon when you\u2019re placing your Clipart and use your finger to erase the parts of the Clipart you want to hide.
