Happy Holi<\/span>! In accordance with the coming of spring, yesterday was the beginning of the Hindu spring festival, Holi. This Indian celebration of winter passing into spring<\/a> might just be the most <\/span>colorful<\/span> celebration in the world. <\/span><\/p>\n

We love this festival of color like Krishna loves Radha, and we want to help you celebrate <\/span>Holi<\/span>, no matter where you are in the world. There\u2019s plenty of colorful<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>stickers<\/span> and masks on PicsArt <\/span>to create celebratory <\/span>Holi images<\/span><\/a> \u2014 even if you can\u2019t make it to a <\/span>Holi festival<\/span> in person.\u00a0So here’s an easy photo editing tutorial for adding even more color to your Holi images\u00a0\u2014 or faking it if you weren’t able to make it.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Open the\u00a0PicsArt application<\/a>, and click on the purple plus sign (+) at the bottom of the screen to start a new project.<\/li>\n
  2. Open your picture in the <\/span>photo editor<\/span>. If it\u2019s not a black and white photo, tap on Effects > Black and White > Apply to convert it with a photo effect.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Tap on \u201cAdd-Ons,\u201d download the <\/span>Color Festival<\/span>\u00a0masks pack, and tap on \u201cUse.\u201d Choose the mask you\u2019d like to use.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Tap on the mask again to open the settings menu and switch to the Lighten blending mode. Use the sliders to adjust the opacity and hue of your mask. Tap on \u201cApply\u201d to confirm. <\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Tap on the Sticker icon, download the <\/span>Color Burst<\/span> clipart<\/span> pack (find it under the Search section) and tap on \u201cUse.\u201d Select the sticker you\u2019d like to use. <\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Adjust the size and placement of your sticker. Tap on the Blend option at the bottom of the screen and switch to the Darken blending mode. <\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Tap on the eraser if you\u2019d like to erase any parts of your <\/span>sticker<\/span>. To add more stickers, tap on the plus sign at the top of the screen and select \u201c<\/span>Sticker<\/span>.\u201d When you\u2019re finished, tap on \u201cApply.\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Tap on the arrow icon to finish. Save your photo edit and share it on PicsArt with the hashtag <\/span>#Holi<\/span>!<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
