There\u2019s drama. Intrigue. Diamonds. Lipstick. So we put together an easy photo editing tutorial to show you how to use PicsArt to make your own edit inspired by King Kylie. Let&#8217;s get started, shall we?<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/picsart.app.link\/rqlZS6p4zG\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Download PicsArt<\/a> photo editor and collage maker for <a href=\"https:\/\/itunes.apple.com\/us\/app\/picsart-photo-studio\/id587366035\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">iOS<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=com.picsart.studio\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Android<\/a>, or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/store\/p\/picsart-photo-studio\/9wzdncrfj10m\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Windows<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Open your picture in the photo editor and tap on Effects &gt; Colors &gt; Colorize.<\/li>\n<li>Tap on the Colorize icon again to open the settings panel and adjust the Amount\u00a0and Fade sliders. Tap on &#8220;Apply.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Tap on Draw in the bottom toolbar. Tap on the paintbrush icon and choose the neon paintbrush option. Set the opacity to 80% and the hardness to 25%.<\/li>\n<li>Tap on the color chooser in the bottom left corner and choose your color.<\/li>\n<li>Draw your crown and tap on &#8220;Apply.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Tap on the arrow in the top right corner to finish.
