So here\u2019s an easy <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">photo editing tutorial<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> on how to use <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PicsArt backgrounds<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to give any photo that dreamy holographic touch.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/picsart.app.link\/rqlZS6p4zG\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Download PicsArt<\/a> photo editor and collage maker for <a href=\"https:\/\/itunes.apple.com\/us\/app\/picsart-photo-studio\/id587366035\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">iOS<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=com.picsart.studio\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Android<\/a>, or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/store\/p\/picsart-photo-studio\/9wzdncrfj10m\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Windows<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Open the app and tap on &#8220;Store.&#8221; Download the Holographic Backgrounds pack and tap on \u201cUse.\u201d <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Choose a background. When it opens in the photo editor, tap on the arrow in the top right corner and select \u201cSave Private.\u201d Tap on \u201cDone.\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tap on the pink plus sign &gt; Edit and open your photo. Tap on \u201cAdd Photo\u201d in the bottom toolbar and choose the <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PicsArt background<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> that you just saved. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enlarge the holographic background so that it covers your picture. Lower the opacity a little, then tap on Blend &gt; Hard Light. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tap on the eraser at the top of the screen and erase the holographic background as needed. Tap on the check mark to confirm, then tap on \u201cApply.\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tap on the arrow in the top right corner to finish.
