And yes, this is yet another <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/BSr76bQlcPK\/?taken-by=space.ram\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ramzy Masri<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-inspired edit (check out the first one here). <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">FYI, this tutorial is pretty advanced.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For those of you up for a challenge, here\u2019s how to use PicsArt photo editor\u2019s custom stickers and Cutout Tool to create a mesmerizing rainbow ombre effect on your fave pics.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/s4z_FWqvaEw\" width=\"780\" height=\"439\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"Part_1_Create_Add_Custom_Stickers\">Part 1: Create &amp; Add Custom Stickers<\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/picsart.app.link\/rqlZS6p4zG\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Download PicsArt<\/span><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">photo editor<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">collage maker<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/itunes.apple.com\/us\/app\/picsart-photo-studio\/id587366035\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">iOS<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=com.picsart.studio\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Android<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, or <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/store\/p\/picsart-photo-studio\/9wzdncrfj10m\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Windows<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Open your photo in the <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">photo editor<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Tap on the Cutout Tool, outline the person in your photo and tap on the arrow in the top right corner.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Make any necessary adjustments, then tap &#8220;Save.&#8221; Tap on the back arrow to return to your original photo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tap on the Sticker icon and go to the My Stickers Tab. Add the sticker you just cut out.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tap on the plus sign at the top of the screen and select &#8220;Sticker.&#8221; Add the same sticker three\u00a0more times and arrange them side by side.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adjust the opacity of the first sticker to 80, the second sticker to 65, the third sticker to 55 and the fourth sticker to 35. Tap \u201cApply.\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><span id=\"Part_2_Add_Rainbow_Custom_Sticker\">Part 2: Add Rainbow Custom Sticker<\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tap on the Sticker icon again and in the search bar, type \u201crainbow gradient.\u201d Choose a sticker.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adjust the opacity to 80 and tap on Blend &gt; Darken. Adjust the size so it covers most of the photo. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tap on the Eraser icon at the top of the screen, then tap on the eraser at the bottom to open the settings panel. Adjust the hardness to 0 and the size to 45. Erase the edges of the rainbow sticker to give them a softer edge.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you\u2019d like to make the rainbow effect brighter, tap on the plus sign at the top of the screen and select \u201cSticker.\u201d <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add the same rainbow sticker. Adjust the opacity to 50 and tap on Blend &gt; Lighten. Repeat step 8 to erase the edges. Tap \u201cApply\u201d to save.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><span id=\"Part_3_Apply_Blur_Photo_Effect\">Part 3: Apply Blur Photo Effect<\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tap on Effects &gt; Blur &gt; Motion Blur. Tap on Motion Blur again to open the settings panel. Adjust the distance to 70 and fade to 50. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tap on the Eraser icon. Erase the photo effect\u00a0so that it only appears over the stickers.
