No need for crunches, planks, or protein shakes \u2014 all you need is PicsArt photo editor. Read on to learn how to do it.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Download PicsArt<\/a>\u00a0photo editor and collage maker for\u00a0iOS<\/a>,\u00a0Android<\/a>, or\u00a0Windows<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. Open your picture and tap on \u201cStore.\u201d Download the Awesome Abs pack and tap on \u201cUse.\u201d <\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Choose a sticker and place it over the torso of your subject (Pro tip: Lower the opacity of the sticker a little as you place it to make sure that it lines up with the body).<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. If the tones of your sticker don\u2019t match the body, tap on \u201cAdjust\u201d and play with the settings until your abs match. When you\u2019re done, tap on \u201cApply.\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. If you need to trim the edge of the sticker, tap on the eraser at the top of the screen. Tap on the eraser at the bottom of the screen to open the brush settings menu, and choose a soft, low-opacity brush with the hardness set to zero. <\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Brush off any unnecessary part of the sticker and tap on \u201cApply.\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Tap on \u201cApply\u201d and then tap on the arrow icon to finish. Save your edit and share it on PicsArt with the hashtag #AwesomeAbs.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
