The bowl of cookies was lit from the left side with a softbox and a white reflector from the right. The small blurred lights in the background is christmas lights.
This photo was taken in June 2013 with a Canon 5D MkIII with Canon EF 50mm f/1.4 USM.
Camera settings: f/4.0, 1/60 and ISO 200.
