for my opinion:
This one was difficult, we talked about it in class and everyone had a different idea of what God expects of us.
My brother said this statement is true, but I on the other hand think it’s false, here’s why.
God expects us to keep his commands; God does sometimes punish people when they don’t keep his commands in the Bible. The Bible today gives us an understanding and fear that helps us come to know whats right from wrong.
Jesus came to die for our sins, God knew we would sin, but that was a part of the Bible, which didn’t exist back then. Now that In these times we have access to The Bible; a book that teaches us how to live, we know to keep Gods commands.
Without guidelines and expectations, sin wouldn’t even be a thing.
If God didn’t expect us to keep his commands, and did not have the rules in place for us, there would be no rules making everything okay, meaning there’s no sin.
Which is no way to live life.
I know this is a question that has plenty of varying answers, but that was mine

If you have a question, don’t hesitate to ask, I will do my best to answer
1 John 5:3
For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments. And his commandments are not burdensome.
2 John 1:6
And this is love, that we walk according to his commandments; this is the commandment, just as you have heard from the beginning, so that you should walk in it. #godlives #godlovesyou #godlovesus #thebible #bible #bibleverse #verse #quotes #remixed
