Google Play download and installation problems (Android)

These Errors are usually generated because of Google cache issues, Google Play Store stored data issues, or Google account issues.

  1. Tap on “Settings” from your device Home screen
  2. Select “Apps/ Applications/ Application Manager” (differs depending on the device)
  3. Select “Google Play Store”
  4. Select “Force Stop”

  5. Enter Storage and select “Clear Cache”
  6. Repeat the steps outlined above for “Google Play Services”
  7. Try downloading or updating the app once more

App Crash “OOPS!” (Android)

Make sure to free up some RAM space on your device also, and make sure to connect your device to stable, strong Wi-Fi (other than the one you're using now, just to be sure).

Missing Purchased Content (Android)

Also, please make sure you that you have a strong internet connection; connecting to a strong Wi-Fi will do the trick.

Still encountering Ads after subscribing to PicsArt Gold

In case of encountering Ads, or missing premium content after subscribing to PicsArt Gold, please kill the app and relaunch it. That should activate your subscription properties. However if the issue still persists kindly contact us at support@picsart.com.

PicsArt Gold Subscription works on a cross-device basis

Upon enrolling in the free trial or starting the subscription plan, you’ll be able to benefit from it across all of your devices that run on the same operating system, e.g. (If you subscribe to PicsArt Gold through Google Play, you’ll have access to it on all of your devices that have the email address that you’ve enrolled through linked to Google Play. The same applies to iOS devices, once subscribed through an Apple ID, all devices linked to that Apple ID will have access to PicsArt Gold).

Error after canceling a subscription plan and trying to resubscribe

After subscribing for a trial for PicsArt Gold, or canceling a subscription plan and after it’s ended, trying to resubscribe, you might encounter an Error message from Google saying: “Error, We were unable to change your subscription plan. Manage Subscriptions”. Upon tapping on Manage Subscriptions, you’ll see that the page is empty and the old cancelled, or ended plan is not visible.
