WAN 3.0 Unlimited Promotion: Terms

Promotion ends: October 31, 2026, 11:59 p.m. PT

These terms govern the WAN 3.0 Unlimited Promotion (the “Promotion”). They supplement the Picsart Terms of Use and Community Guidelines. If they conflict, these terms control for the Promotion only.

1. Promotion Period

The Promotion runs until 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on October 31, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

2. Eligibility

You are eligible if you hold an active, paid Pro or Ultra subscription during the Promotion Period. This applies whether you subscribed on the web or through an app store. For Ultra, each paid seat is eligible. Your eligibility ends if your subscription is canceled, downgraded, or expires, or if payment fails.

3. What’s Included

During the Promotion Period, eligible WAN 3.0 generations made through the Picsart website and apps do not use credits.

4. Exclusions

The Promotion does not cover generations made through the Picsart API, CLI, or MCP. It also does not cover generations made through third-party integrations, or through scripts, bots, or other automated means. Excluded generations use credits at standard rates. All models other than WAN 3.0 use credits as usual.

5. Fair Use and Rate Limits

“Unlimited” means no credit charge for eligible WAN 3.0 generations. It is subject to fair use. To protect service quality for all users, we may apply reasonable limits, such as concurrent-generation limits, per-hour or per-day limits, queueing, or lower priority during peak demand. We may also apply fair-use caps to usage far beyond typical individual creative use.

6. Anti-Abuse

You may not:

  • share accounts or credentials

  • create multiple or inauthentic accounts to gain Promotion access

  • resell or redistribute generation access

  • use automated means to generate content

  • use the Promotion to create spam or fake engagement

If we reasonably suspect abuse, we may limit, suspend, or end your Promotion access or your account. We may also take other action under the Terms of Use.

7. After the Promotion Ends

Starting at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time on November 1, 2026, all WAN 3.0 generations use credits at standard rates. Generations submitted before the end time are covered even if they finish afterward. Your subscription renews at its regular price unless you cancel. The Promotion does not change your plan price, credits, or billing period, including on annual plans.

8. No Cash Value

The Promotion has no cash value. It is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers unless we say otherwise. Unused Promotion access earns no refund, credit, or extension.

9. Content

All generated content remains subject to the Picsart Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.

10. Changes

We may change or end the Promotion early for legal, security, abuse-prevention, or material technical reasons. If we do, we will post notice on this page. The Promotion may not be available in all regions and is void where prohibited.
