Introduction & scope

1.1. These Earn with Picsart Terms and Conditions ("Earn Terms") together with the Earn with Picsart Supplemental Privacy Notice ("Earn Privacy Notice") govern your participation in the Earn with Picsart program ("Program"). These Earn Terms supplement the Picsart Terms of Use ("General Terms"). In the event of any conflict between these Earn Terms and the General Terms, these Earn Terms prevail with respect to your participation in the Program.

1.2. By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Earn Terms. Participation requires your explicit acceptance via the consent mechanism during enrollment.

Eligibility

2.1. Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in the Program. During enrollment, you will be required to affirmatively confirm that you meet this age requirement. By checking the age confirmation box during onboarding, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If Picsart determines that you were under 18 at the time of enrollment, your participation in the Program will be terminated and all accrued balances will be forfeited.

2.2. Account Standing. Your Picsart account must be established for 30 days or more prior to enrollment, and in good standing with no active violations of the General Terms or Community Guidelines.

2.3. Individual Participants. The Program is available only to individual users participating in their personal capacity. Brand accounts, business accounts, enterprise accounts, accounts registered to or operated on behalf of any company, organization, partnership, or other legal entity, and accounts acting as agents or representatives of any third party, are not eligible to participate. Picsart reserves the right to disqualify any participant and withhold or reclaim any earnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that an account does not meet the individual eligibility requirement.

2.4. Payment Provider Eligibility. For purposes of these Earn Terms, "Payment Provider" means any payment provider supported by Picsart for the Program, which may include Stripe, PayPal, Sideshift, or other third-party payment providers made available by Picsart from time to time. To receive payouts, you must be eligible to create and maintain an account with at least one Payment Provider. Each Payment Provider may have its own eligibility rules, identity verification requirements, fees, and terms. If you cannot create or maintain an approved account with a Payment Provider, or if a Payment Provider declines, restricts, suspends, or terminates your account, Picsart may pause, withhold, or terminate payouts and may suspend or terminate your participation in the Program.

2.5. Geographic Availability. The Program is available only in countries and regions where Picsart makes the Program available and where at least one supported Payment Provider can process payouts to participants. Picsart may add, remove, suspend, or restrict countries or regions at any time based on business, legal, tax, compliance, sanctions, fraud-prevention, payment-provider, or operational considerations. A country's or region's inclusion in the Program does not guarantee that you are eligible to participate or receive payouts. Your eligibility depends on your country or region of residence, the accuracy of the information you provide, applicable law, applicable tax and reporting requirements, sanctions and export-control restrictions, and the approval and continued support of at least one Payment Provider. If you move to, reside in, or attempt to receive payouts in a country or region where the Program is not available or where no supported Payment Provider can process payouts to you, Picsart may pause your participation, withhold or delay payouts, require additional information, or terminate your participation in the Program. Accrued balances for verified submissions may remain in your Program account unless forfeited under these Earn Terms, but cannot be withdrawn unless and until a supported payout method is available and all applicable eligibility and verification requirements are satisfied.

2.6. Compliance. You are responsible for ensuring that your participation in the Program complies with all applicable local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

Enrollment & verification

3.1. Enrollment Process. To participate, you must complete the enrollment process, which includes connecting your social media accounts and agreeing to these Earn Terms and the Earn Privacy Notice.

3.2. Social Account Verification. You must provide your social media username or profile URL for each platform you wish to use in the Program (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X). Picsart may verify account ownership through methods it determines in its sole discretion, which may include requiring you to post a verification code, confirm account details, or complete other verification steps. You must be the sole owner and operator of each social media account you connect to the Program. Picsart reserves the right to require OAuth for each platform (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X) at any time.

3.3. Payment Account. To receive payouts, you must create and maintain an account with one or more Payment Providers. Your use of any Payment Provider is subject to that Payment Provider's own terms, policies, eligibility requirements, identity verification requirements, fees, and account approval processes. Picsart does not store your banking information and is not responsible for any Payment Provider's acts, omissions, delays, account restrictions, fees, or decisions to approve, suspend, or terminate your account.

3.4. Program Communications. Picsart may send you Program-related communications ("Program Communications") by email, in-app inbox, direct message, push notification, dashboard notice, Program interface notice, or any other communication channel made available by Picsart. Program communications may include campaign notices, submission feedback, payout notices, rejected payout notices, account notices, fraud or risk review notices, policy updates, support messages, and other information about your participation in the Program. You are responsible for keeping your account information current and for reviewing Program communications. A message or notice sent through any Program communication channel will be deemed received when sent or made available, subject to applicable law.

3.5. Creator Messages. Picsart may allow you to send messages to Picsart administrators, support teams, or other Program representatives through the Program interface. Your messages must comply with the General Terms, Community Guidelines, these Earn Terms, and any other policies applicable to the Program. Picsart may review, monitor, retain, moderate, remove, or restrict Program messages for support, safety, fraud prevention, policy enforcement, Program administration, legal compliance, or operational purposes. The availability of messaging features does not guarantee that Picsart will respond within any particular timeframe, approve any request, reverse any decision, or provide an appeal right unless Picsart expressly states otherwise in writing.

Campaigns & content submissions

4.1. Campaign Participation. Picsart will publish campaigns with specific requirements, compensation structures, and deadlines. You may participate in multiple campaigns simultaneously, and where specified in the applicable campaign, you may enter a campaign multiple times with unique content.

4.2. Content Requirements. Each campaign will specify content requirements. Content that does not meet campaign requirements may be rejected, but you may resubmit corrected content.

4.3. Original Content. Content must be original to you. The same content may not be submitted to multiple campaigns.

4.4. Picsart Use Requirement. Unless the applicable campaign expressly states otherwise, content submitted to the Program must be created using Picsart's AI tools. Content created entirely with other tools or platforms does not qualify for rewards. Picsart may verify tool usage and reject submissions that do not meet this requirement.

4.5. Content Retention. You must keep submitted content live on your social media account for a minimum of 30 days following submission approval. If you delete content before 30 days, you forfeit the reward for that submission.

4.6. Hashtag Requirements. In addition to the Acceptable Disclosures listed below, posts must include required hashtags as specified by each campaign. Picsart verifies campaign participation via hashtag tracking.

4.7. Direct Social Uploads and Connected Account Permissions. Picsart may offer features that allow you to upload, publish, schedule, submit, or otherwise share content directly to your connected social media accounts or third-party platforms through the Program. To use these features, you may be required to connect your social media account, authorize OAuth or other account permissions, and grant Picsart permission to access, upload, publish, schedule, submit, retrieve, or manage content and related data through the applicable platform. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any content before it is published or submitted, including all captions, hashtags, disclosures, tags, links, audio, visuals, and other post elements. You are also solely responsible for ensuring that each post includes all required advertising disclosures and complies with these Earn Terms, the applicable campaign requirements, the General Terms, the Community Guidelines, applicable law, and the terms and policies of the relevant third-party platform. Picsart is not responsible for any failure by a third-party platform to publish, display, retain, remove, classify, or report metrics for content submitted through a direct upload or connected account feature.

4.8. Campaign Types. Campaigns may include different reward structures and participation requirements, including rewards based on views, engagement, fixed fees, bonuses, milestones, referrals, tasks, surveys, subscriptions, conversions, credit redemptions, content quality, creator status, or other actions or criteria specified by Picsart. Picsart may determine, modify, or limit the campaign type, eligible actions, reward criteria, reward rates, payout method, reward form, submission limits, deadlines, and verification requirements for each campaign. Participation in any campaign does not guarantee that you will earn a reward. Rewards are available only if you satisfy all applicable campaign requirements, these Earn Terms, Picsart's verification and fraud review requirements, and any Payment Provider requirements.

4.9. Creator Campaign Requests. Picsart may allow you to submit requests, suggestions, or proposals for campaigns, content opportunities, reward structures, creator programs, or other Program features. Any request you submit is non-binding and does not require Picsart to create, approve, launch, modify, or continue any campaign or feature. Picsart may accept, reject, ignore, or use any request or suggestion in its sole discretion, without compensation to you unless Picsart separately agrees in writing.

Required disclosures

5.1. Disclosure Obligation. Because you receive compensation for promoting Picsart, you must include a clear and conspicuous disclosure on every post created for the Program.

5.2. Acceptable Disclosures. You must use one of the following:

  • Platform-native paid partnership labels (e.g., Instagram's "Paid partnership with Picsart")

  • #ad or #sponsored in a prominent position (not buried in hashtags)

  • Clear statement such as "Paid promotion" or "Sponsored by Picsart."

  • For video content (including Reels, TikToks, and YouTube videos), a verbal or on-screen disclosure within the first 30 seconds of the video, in addition to any caption-level disclosure.

5.3. Your Responsibility. You are solely responsible for compliance with advertising disclosure laws in your jurisdiction. Failure to include proper disclosures may result in removal from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid balances.

5.4. Indemnification for Disclosure Failures. You agree to indemnify and hold Picsart harmless from any claims, fines, penalties, or expenses arising from your failure to comply with applicable advertising disclosure laws.

Reward mechanics & metrics

6.1. Metrics and Calculation. Unless the applicable campaign specifies another reward structure, rewards are calculated based on publicly available engagement data (including views, likes, and other metrics) as reported by the applicable social media platform. Picsart aggregates this data over the course of each campaign and calculates final reward amounts after the campaign period ends. Picsart's calculation of reward amounts is final.

6.2. Minimum Thresholds. Where applicable, rewards accrue only after content or other qualifying activity reaches the minimum threshold specified for the applicable campaign. Minimum thresholds are campaign-specific and may vary by campaign, platform, content type, country or region, time period, participant status, or other criteria determined by Picsart. If a campaign does not specify a minimum threshold, Picsart may determine reward eligibility based on the other requirements and reward criteria specified for that campaign.

6.3. No Real-Time Tracking Guarantee. Engagement data, balances, withdrawal availability, reward estimates, progress bars, milestone status, tier status, earnings feeds, recent earnings, dashboard metrics, Rewards page metrics, and other Program information displayed in the Program interface are approximate and provided for informational purposes only. They may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or subject to change. Final reward amounts, eligible balances, milestone achievement, tier status, payout eligibility, and withdrawal availability may differ from estimates or other information shown during a campaign or in the Program interface. Picsart's final calculation and determination of rewards, balances, eligibility, and payout availability is final, subject to applicable law.

6.4. Data Availability. Reward calculations depend on the availability of engagement data from third-party platforms. If a platform restricts access to engagement data, modifies its metrics definitions, or otherwise limits Picsart's ability to retrieve data for your submissions, Picsart may adjust or withhold reward calculations for affected submissions. If Picsart is unable to retrieve engagement data for your submissions (due to account privacy settings, platform restrictions, or any other reason), Picsart may pause reward calculations for affected submissions until access is restored. You are responsible for maintaining your social media accounts in a state that permits Picsart to access publicly available engagement data.

6.5. Maximum Rewards. Each campaign may include maximum rewards, payout caps, bonus caps, credit caps, conversion caps, submission limits, or other limits, as specified by Picsart for the applicable campaign. These limits may vary by campaign, platform, content type, country or region, participant status, time period, or other criteria determined by Picsart.

6.6. Milestones, Tiers, Bonuses, and Multipliers. Picsart may offer milestones, tiers, bonuses, multipliers, achievement levels, progress goals, or other reward features in connection with the Program or specific campaigns. These features may be based on criteria determined by Picsart, including views, engagement, content quality, submission volume, campaign participation, account standing, country or region, verification status, risk status, or other Program activity. Milestones, tiers, bonuses, multipliers, eligibility criteria, thresholds, reward rates, and related benefits are configurable and may vary by participant, campaign, country or region, platform, content type, time period, or other criteria determined by Picsart. Picsart may add, modify, suspend, or remove any milestone, tier, bonus, multiplier, threshold, or related benefit at any time. Displayed progress, tier status, bonus estimates, multiplier estimates, or projected rewards are provided for informational purposes only and do not guarantee eligibility for, or payment of, any reward. Final rewards remain subject to these Earn Terms, the applicable campaign requirements, Picsart's verification and fraud review, Payment Provider requirements, and Picsart's final calculation of reward amounts.

6.7. Review Statuses and Administrative Determinations. Picsart may display submission statuses, review statuses, rejection reasons, feedback, payout statuses, reward estimates, suspicious-activity flags, badges, labels, or other administrative information in the Program interface. These statuses and messages are provided for Program administration and may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or subject to change. Picsart may correct, update, reverse, or modify any displayed status, feedback, payout decision, reward calculation, or administrative determination at any time based on additional information, platform data, fraud review, Payment Provider information, user conduct, campaign requirements, or Program requirements. Picsart's final determination of submission approval, reward eligibility, payout eligibility, and Program status is final, subject to applicable law.

Payouts

7.1. Withdrawal Limits and Frequency. Picsart may set minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts, payout frequency limits, transaction limits, daily, weekly, monthly, or campaign-level payout limits, and other payout controls for the Program. These limits may vary by participant, campaign, country or region, Payment Provider, payout method, account status, verification status, fraud or risk review status, tax or compliance requirements, or other operational criteria determined by Picsart. Picsart may modify, suspend, or remove any payout limit or payout frequency rule at any time. A displayed withdrawal limit or available balance does not guarantee that a payout will be processed. Payouts remain subject to these Earn Terms, campaign requirements, Payment Provider rules, verification requirements, fraud and risk review, tax review, sanctions screening, and applicable law.

7.2. Failed Payouts. If a payout fails, you may retry. If issues persist, contact Picsart support.

7.3. Taxes. You are solely responsible for all taxes arising from your participation in the Program, including your receipt of rewards, payouts, Credits, or other Program benefits. Tax reporting and documentation may be handled by Picsart or the applicable Payment Provider, depending on the payout method, country or region, and applicable law. You are responsible for providing accurate tax information to Picsart or the applicable Payment Provider when requested and for complying with all tax filing and reporting obligations in your jurisdiction. Picsart is not responsible for any tax withholding, reporting, or filing on your behalf except as required by applicable law.

7.4. Payment Provider Fees. Payment Providers may charge fees, currency conversion costs, transfer fees, withdrawal fees, processing fees, or other amounts in connection with payouts. Unless Picsart expressly states otherwise in writing, you are responsible for all fees and costs charged by any Payment Provider, and those fees and costs may reduce the net amount you receive. Picsart may, in its sole discretion, elect to cover or reimburse certain Payment Provider fees for some or all participants, campaigns, payout methods, or countries, but any such election does not obligate Picsart to cover or reimburse fees in the future.

7.5. Cash-to-Credit Conversion. Picsart may allow you to convert some or all of your accrued Program balance into Picsart credits, promotional credits, subscription credits, or other non-cash value made available by Picsart from time to time ("Credits"). Any conversion option, conversion rate, minimum or maximum conversion amount, available Credit type, expiration period, redemption restrictions, and other conditions will be shown in the Program interface or otherwise communicated by Picsart at the time of conversion. Once you confirm a conversion, the conversion is final, non-refundable, and irreversible, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated by Picsart in writing. Credits have no cash value, are not legal tender, may not be withdrawn, sold, transferred, assigned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash, and may not be converted back into a cash Program balance, except where required by applicable law or expressly permitted by Picsart in writing. Credits may be subject to expiration, usage limits, product-specific restrictions, subscription restrictions, geographic restrictions, account-status requirements, and other terms made available by Picsart. If your Picsart account or Program participation is suspended or terminated, unused Credits may be suspended, canceled, or forfeited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. You are solely responsible for any taxes arising from your receipt, conversion, redemption, or use of Credits.

Fraud & prohibited conduct

8.1. Prohibited Activities. You may not:

  • Artificially inflate views, likes, comments, or other engagement metrics through any means, whether or not specifically listed here, including but not limited to bots, click farms, engagement pods, purchased engagement, coordinated engagement groups, view-looping services, or any third-party service designed to inflate metrics;

  • Submit content created by another person

  • Submit the same content to multiple campaigns

  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent any posted submission limits

  • Manipulate or attempt to reverse-engineer Picsart's verification systems

8.2. Detection. Picsart may use internal and third-party fraud detection tools to analyze engagement patterns. Metrics that Picsart determines, in its sole discretion, to be inorganic or artificially inflated will not count toward reward calculations.

8.3. Consequences. Picsart will enforce violations of these Earn Terms on a progressive basis. Picsart reserves the right to proceed directly to suspension or permanent removal where, in Picsart's sole discretion, the severity of the violation warrants it, including for fraud, artificial inflation of metrics, or conduct that poses legal or reputational risk to Picsart. Picsart's determination of whether a violation has occurred and the appropriate consequence is final.

8.4. Suspicious Activity and Review Holds. Picsart may flag submissions, posts, accounts, campaigns, metrics, payout requests, or other Program activity as suspicious, under review, ineligible, or requiring additional verification. Picsart may use automated tools, manual review, third-party data, Payment Provider information, platform data, account history, engagement patterns, or other information to identify suspicious activity. If Picsart identifies suspicious activity or requires additional review, Picsart may delay, pause, withhold, adjust, reject, or cancel rewards or payouts; request additional information; require verification; exclude affected metrics; remove submissions from reward calculations; suspend or terminate Program participation; deduct amounts from future payouts or accrued balances; or seek recovery of amounts already paid, in each case to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and these Earn Terms. A suspicious-activity flag, badge, filter, or review status does not mean that Picsart has made a final determination that fraud occurred. Picsart may resolve a review by approving, adjusting, rejecting, or disqualifying the affected submission, payout, account, or Program activity.

Program changes & termination

9.1. Program Modifications. Picsart may pause, modify, or terminate the Program at any time. Changes to these Earn Terms may be communicated through Program Communications and will be posted at picsart.com/earn-with-picsart-terms. Continued participation after changes are posted or otherwise made available constitutes acceptance.

9.2. Balances on User Termination for Violations. If you are terminated from the Program for policy violations, you forfeit all accrued balances.

9.3. Inactivity. If your account has no qualifying activity for a period of six (6) consecutive months, any accrued and unpaid balance will be forfeited in full, to the extent permitted by applicable law. For purposes of this provision, "qualifying activity" means the submission of a new campaign post, the withdrawal of earnings, or any other affirmative participation in the Program.

9.4. Account Termination Scope. Users restricted or banned on Picsart due to violations of Picsart's Terms of Service (including, without limitation, the Community Guidelines) cannot access the Program, and a Picsart account suspension or termination includes removal from the Program.

9.5. Recovery of Paid Funds. If Picsart determines that a reward was paid based on artificially inflated or fraudulent metrics, Picsart may deduct the affected amount from your future payouts or accrued balance. Picsart reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds already paid where fraud is confirmed. Reward calculations depend on the availability of engagement data from third-party platforms.

9.6. Existing Content. If you are removed from the Program, you will no longer be eligible for payments, but you are not required to remove existing content featuring Picsart, unless the content violates Picsart's Terms of Use or Community Guidelines.

Content license

10.1. Your Ownership. You retain ownership of the content you create.

10.2. License to Picsart. By participating in the Program, you grant Picsart a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your submitted content for purposes of operating, promoting, and improving the Program and Picsart's services. This includes the right to feature your content in marketing materials and on Picsart's platforms.

10.3. Third-Party Platforms. You acknowledge that your content will be published primarily on third-party social media platforms and is subject to those platforms' terms of service.

10.4. Content Takedown. Picsart may require you to edit or remove content from your social accounts if it violates Picsart's Terms of Use or Community Guidelines.

Independent contractor status

11.1. You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or partner of Picsart. Nothing in these Earn Terms creates an employment, agency, joint venture, or partnership relationship.

11.2. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and compliance with applicable labor and employment laws.

Payment provider services

12.1. Third-Party Payment Providers. Your relationship with each Payment Provider is between you and that Payment Provider and is governed by the applicable Payment Provider's terms and policies. Picsart may add, remove, suspend, or replace supported Payment Providers at any time. If your Payment Provider account is declined, restricted, suspended, terminated, unavailable in your country, or otherwise unable to process payouts, Picsart may pause, withhold, cancel, or redirect payouts until a supported payout method is available and all applicable verification requirements have been satisfied. Payment Providers may modify their terms at any time, and Picsart is not responsible for changes Payment Providers make to their terms.

12.2. Stripe Connect. If you use Stripe to receive payouts, you acknowledge that Picsart may conduct Activity (as defined by Stripe) on your behalf, including initiating payouts and sharing data with Stripe as necessary to operate the Program. If your Stripe account is suspended or terminated by Stripe, your participation in the Program may be paused or terminated.

Indemnification

13.1. You agree to indemnify and hold Picsart, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees harmless from any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to: (a) content you create or share under the Program, including claims that it violates third-party rights or applicable advertising laws; (b) your violation of these Earn Terms; (c) your failure to include required disclosures; or (d) your violation of any applicable laws.

Limitation of liability

14.1. Picsart provides the Program on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Picsart makes no guarantees regarding campaign availability, payout amounts, or platform uptime.

14.2. Picsart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the Program.

14.3. Picsart's total liability to you in connection with the Program shall not exceed the total amount of $100.

Dispute resolution

15.1. Any dispute arising from this Program shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions in Picsart's General Terms.

15.2. You and Picsart may bring claims against the other only on an individual basis and not on a class, representative, or collective basis.

Miscellaneous

16.1. Governing Law. These Earn Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

16.2. Entire Agreement. These Earn Terms, together with the General Terms, Earn Privacy Notice, applicable campaign terms, and any applicable Payment Provider terms (each as accepted directly between you and such Payment Provider), constitute the entire agreement regarding the Program.

16.3. Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

16.4. Modifications. Picsart may modify these Earn Terms at any time. Updated terms may be communicated through Program Communications and will be posted at picsart.com/earn-with-picsart-terms with a revised date. Continued participation after changes are posted or otherwise made available constitutes acceptance.

16.5. Assignment. You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights, obligations, or accrued balances under these Earn Terms, in whole or in part, without Picsart's prior written consent. Any attempted assignment without such consent is void. Picsart may assign these Earn Terms or any of its rights or obligations hereunder without restriction.

16.6. Survival. Sections 5 (Required Disclosures), 7.3 (Taxes), 7.4 (Payment Provider Fees), 7.5 (Cash-to-Credit Conversion), 9.2 (Balances on User Termination for Violations), 9.3 (Inactivity), 9.5 (Recovery of Paid Funds), 10.2 (License to Picsart), 11 (Independent Contractor Status), 13 (Indemnification), 14 (Limitation of Liability), 15 (Dispute Resolution), and 16 (Miscellaneous) will survive any termination or expiration of these Earn Terms or your participation in the Program.

16.7. Language; Translations. Picsart may make these Earn Terms available in languages other than English for convenience. The English-language version is the official and controlling version of these Earn Terms. If there is any conflict, inconsistency, or ambiguity between the English-language version and any translated version, the English-language version will control to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
