PICSART x KLING 4.0 MICRODRAMA CHALLENGE: OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

Contest dates: October 19 – November 2, 2026

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Sponsored by Picsart, Inc., 1010 S Federal Hwy, Onyx Tower, Suite 1103, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009, United States (“Sponsor”). A portion of the prize funds is contributed by Kling AI Pte. Ltd (“KLING”). The Picsart x KLING 4.0 Microdrama Challenge (the “Contest”) begins on October 19, 2026 at 15:00 UTC and ends on November 2, 2026 at 15:00 UTC (the “Submission Period”).

By entering or participating in the Contest, you (“Entrant”) accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Contest are final and binding in all respects.

1. Eligibility

The Contest is open to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry, who have Internet access, and who have a valid Picsart account in good standing. The Contest is available globally, except in Italy, Brazil, Japan, OFAC-sanctioned countries, the province of Quebec and any other jurisdiction where prohibited by law.

Employees of Sponsor, KLING and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, members of the Judging Panel, individuals providing services to Sponsor through an outsourcer or temporary employment agency during the Submission Period, individuals who receive compensation from Sponsor or KLING for promoting the Contest (including participants in Picsart’s Earn program and influencers under paid promotional arrangements with Sponsor or KLING) and their respective immediate family members and persons living in the same household, are not eligible to enter or win.

Entrants must comply with the Picsart Community Guidelines and Terms of Use at all times.

2. How to Enter

Entry deadline is November 2, 2026 at 15:00 UTC. To enter, Entrant must complete all of the following steps during the Submission Period:

  • Create an original video on the Microdrama theme (a short, scripted, narrative-driven dramatic story) using the KLING 4.0 AI video generation model. KLING 4.0 is available in Picsart’s AI Agent or Playground, accessed through the Contest’s “Participate” button on the Microdrama Challenge page. There is no minimum or maximum video length.

  • Submit the video through the official Picsart Challenges feature on the Picsart mobile app or website, either (i) by generating the video in Picsart’s AI Playground or using the AI Agent and selecting “Submit,” or (ii) by uploading from Entrant’s device a video generated with KLING 4.0 outside of Picsart.

Entrants may edit, sequence, add sound to, or apply post-production to the video, provided that the core visuals are generated using the KLING 4.0 Model.

Each Entrant may submit up to three (3) entries per account; each entry must be unique. Entrants are encouraged to share their entry outside Picsart using the in-app sharing flow (which automatically adds the Picsart and KLING 4.0 logos), tag @Picsart, and include #picsartkling40challenge, but social media sharing is not required for entry and will not affect judging. All entries must comply with the Picsart Community Guidelines and Terms of Use.

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or received outside the Submission Period will not be eligible. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or unintelligible entries or for any technical failures affecting the ability to submit an entry.

3. Judging

This is a skill-based contest. Winners will not be selected at random. All eligible entries will be evaluated during the judging period from November 2, 2026, 15:01 UTC to November 5, 2026, 15:00 UTC by a panel of judges selected by Sponsor (the “Judging Panel”), which will select five (5) winners (the “Jury’s Picks”). Entries will be judged on the following criteria, weighted equally:

  • Creativity and originality;

  • Visual quality and production value;

  • Effective and innovative use of KLING 4.0;

  • Storytelling, emotional impact, and adherence to the Microdrama theme;

  • Overall engagement and entertainment value, as determined by the Judging Panel (social media metrics will not be considered).

In the event of a tie, the entry with the highest score in effective and innovative use of KLING 4.0 will prevail. The Judging Panel’s decisions are final and binding in all respects.

4. Prizes

A total of five (5) cash prizes will be awarded to the Jury’s Picks. Each Jury’s Pick will receive $10,000 USD paid via electronic transfer within thirty (30) days of winner verification. Limit one (1) prize per person. Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $50,000.

No prize substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor may, at its sole option, substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are non-transferable.

5. Notification of Winners

Potential winners will be announced on or about November 5, 2026 at 15:01 UTC, subject to verification. Sponsor will attempt to notify each potential winner by email within ten (10) business days of the announcement. Each potential winner must return a completed affidavit of eligibility, a liability and publicity release (where permitted by law), and any required tax forms within seven (7) days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be reached, is found ineligible, fails to return the required documents within the specified timeframe, or declines the prize, that potential winner will be disqualified and Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries, based on the judging criteria in Section 3, at its sole discretion.

6. Taxes

All federal, state, local, and foreign taxes on any prize are the winner’s sole responsibility. The approximate retail value of each prize is stated for tax reporting purposes only and does not constitute a representation of actual value.

For U.S. residents: prizes valued at or above the applicable reporting threshold may require IRS Form 1099-MISC reporting. Winners agree to provide any tax information and complete any forms reasonably required by Sponsor for tax reporting purposes (including IRS Form W-9 or W-8BEN, as applicable). Sponsor may withhold taxes from any prize where required by law.

Winners residing outside the United States are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable tax laws in their jurisdiction of residence.

7. Content Requirements and Prohibited Content

All entries must comply with the Picsart Community Guidelines and Terms of Use. Entries containing any of the following will be disqualified:

  • Content that is obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, or indecent;

  • Content that depicts graphic violence or gore;

  • Content that infringes any third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or rights of publicity;

  • Content that is defamatory, libelous, or threatening;

  • Content that violates any applicable law or regulation;

  • Content that includes personally identifiable information of any third party without that person’s written consent;

  • Content that realistically depicts an identifiable real person, including any public figure, without that person’s written consent, or that sexualizes or endangers minors;

  • Commercial advertising, spam, or solicitations;

  • Content that is otherwise objectionable, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Videos not generated using the KLING 4.0 AI video generation model through the Contest flow, or that do not follow the Microdrama theme, are not eligible and may be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry that violates these content requirements at any stage of the Contest.

8. Intellectual Property; License Grant

By submitting an entry, Entrant represents and warrants that the entry (i) was created using the KLING 4.0 AI video generation model through the Contest flow, (ii) is Entrant’s original work, including any prompts, scripts, or other inputs Entrant provided, and (iii) does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, rights of privacy, or rights of publicity.

As between Entrant and Sponsor, Entrant retains any ownership rights Entrant has in the entry, subject to the license granted herein. By entering, Entrant grants Sponsor and KLING a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works of the entry in any media, for any commercial or promotional purpose, with credit to the Entrant where reasonably practicable. No additional compensation shall be payable to Entrant in connection with this license.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Entrant waives any moral rights in the entry.

9. Publicity

By entering the Contest, Entrant consents to Sponsor’s and KLING’s use of Entrant’s name, Picsart username, country of residence, likeness, biographical information, and entry (including any video content submitted) for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, without additional compensation, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law. Entrant acknowledges that neither Sponsor nor KLING is obligated to make any use of the rights granted in this Section.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations on Liability

By entering the Contest, Entrant agrees that Sponsor, KLING and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) shall not be liable for: (a) late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, or illegible entries; (b) any technical failures, including hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, failed electronic communications, or errors or unavailability of AI Agent, Playground, or KLING 4.0; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Contest; (d) any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Contest or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize; or (e) entries that are late, forged, destroyed, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules.

Sponsor’s aggregate liability to any Entrant in connection with the Contest shall not exceed the approximate retail value of the prize for which such Entrant is eligible. Entrant assumes all risk of participation.

11. Indemnification

By entering the Contest, Entrant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, actions, demands, losses, damages, judgments, penalties, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) Entrant’s participation in the Contest; (b) any breach of these Official Rules by Entrant; (c) any violation of any third-party rights by Entrant or Entrant’s entry, including without limitation intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights; or (d) any misrepresentation made by Entrant in connection with the Contest.

12. Additional Considerations

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control compromises the integrity, security, or proper administration of the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant who violates these Official Rules, tampers with the entry process, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

This data may be used for Contest administration, judging, entry verification, winner notification, prize fulfillment, and tax reporting, and, where permitted by applicable law, advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes, in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Entrant’s communication preferences. Sponsor’s collection and use of personal data is governed by its privacy policy at https://picsart.com/privacy-policy. KLING’s use of that data is governed by KLING’s privacy policy.

For Entrants located in the European Economic Area (EEA): Sponsor processes personal data on the legal bases of consent and legitimate interests. EEA Entrants have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to the processing of their personal data. To exercise these rights, contact Sponsor at [email protected]

Sponsor may use Entrant’s email address and other account information to send information about Picsart products, services, programs, promotions, and earning opportunities, where permitted by applicable law and, where applicable law requires consent, only if Entrant has separately consented. Entry in the Contest is not conditioned on such consent. Entrant may opt out at any time through the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or through Entrant’s Picsart account settings.

14. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

These Official Rules and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Contest or these Official Rules shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules, conducted in English. By entering the Contest, Entrant waives any right to participate in a class action, class-wide arbitration, or any other representative proceeding. The arbitrator’s award shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
