This Picsart Google API Disclosure is a legal agreement between you (“you” or “your”) and PicsArt, Inc. (“Picsart”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), and governs your use of certain Picsart applications, including those available on the Google Workplace Marketplace™ (collectively the “Service”), in connection with Google’s APIs and services. Your use of the Service is subject to Picsart’s Terms of Use and Generative AI Additional Terms of Use, which are hereby incorporated by reference.
1. Google API.
Picsart’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
2. AI Tool Data Sharing.
The Service may include certain generative AI features and tools that use models provided by Picsart’s third-party service providers. When you provide a text prompt or other input into the Service, we may share this input with such service providers solely for the purpose of providing, improving, and maintaining the Service and complying with applicable law. By agreeing to this disclosure or using the Service, you consent to Picsart sharing such data with our service providers for these purposes. If you do not consent, you cannot use the Service.
