Picsart AI Avatar Additional Terms of Use

These terms, and Picsart’s Terms of Use, apply to your use of Picsart’s AI Avatar (“AI Avatar”). By using AI Avatar, you consent to Picsart's collection and use of your biometric data, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Please use AI Avatar responsibly and in accordance with Picsart’sCommunity Guidelines. 

Eligibility

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Picsart’s Terms of Use, you must be at least 18 years old to use AI Avatar. We will delete any content, including all Input and Output (each as defined below), related to use of AI Avatar by anyone under the age of 18, as determined in our sole discretion.

Your Ownership Rights 

You are responsible for any content you upload to AI Avatar (“Input”). You are also responsible for any content that is generated (“Output”) at any stage, including generating, editing, saving, publicly posting, privately sharing or otherwise making Outputs available. As between you and Picsart, you own your Input and Output to the extent allowable by law. Picsart may use your Input or Output to improve your experience with AI Avatar. Don’t use Inputs or otherwise use AI Avatar in a way that may violate law, these terms or Picsart’s other policies, or anyone’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights. Don’t use AI Avatar in a way which may lead to unlawful or harmful Outputs.

Your Use of the Output As Is

You agree and accept that any use of the Output is at your own risk. Picsart does not make any representations or warrant that the Output is accurate, reliable, or correct, or fit for any particular purpose and Picsart has no liability related to or arising from your use of AI Avatar or the Output. 

You acknowledge that because of the developing nature of AI technologies, content generated by AI Avatar might be offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or otherwise inappropriate. You understand and agree that by using AI Avatar, you may be exposed to such content, and that you will not save, share (including on social media), use, distribute, display, or otherwise make available any content that is in violation of Picsart’sCommunity Guidelines. You can report any such content via email to [email protected]. 

No Warranties

Picsart provides no warranties that you will be able to claim copyright ownership of any Output or that the Output will not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
