For this week’s Drawing Challenge, we’re taking on a classic drawing subject: the still life.
Typical still lifes may include fruits, vases, and flowers, but your still life drawing can be anything but typical. Throw in an unexpected subject or two, wow us with your shading technique, or create a crazy composition.
Once you’ve completed your masterpiece, share your drawing process using PicsArt’s Video Export feature or the new GIF Generator, and enter it in the contest by adding the hashtag #dcStillLife!
How to Enter the Contest
Submit a maximum of two drawings between Friday and Tuesday, September 1st at midnight PDT.
Submit a drawing by tagging it with #dcStillLife or by entering it in the Contests section. Non-original art will be removed. Your drawing must be drawn with the PicsArt app, and it must be your own work.
How to Vote
Vote for your favorite drawings in the Contests section. All entries will be displayed randomly. Voting begins Wednesday, September 2nd and closes Monday, September 7th.
Contest Winners
The 10 drawings with the most votes win. Our jury will also choose one entry outside of the the top 10 to be featured.
