What is the bedazzle trend?

  • One material, applied everywhere. The same mixed pastel and jewel-tone stones cover nearly every surface in frame, from the pillowcase to the car panels.
  • A morning routine as the spine. Waking up, skincare, getting dressed, coffee, keys, driving off. The ordinary sequence is what makes the excess land.
  • The escalation is the structure. It opens on a pillow and closes on the car shedding gemstones onto the road as it pulls away.

Why it works

  • The texture does the editing. Ten unrelated shots hold together because one material appears in all of them, so no transition has to work hard.
  • Scale is the punchline. A bedazzled phone case is normal. A bedazzled car is not, and the clip earns it by climbing there one object at a time.
  • One plain thing anchors it. The white tank top is the only item left untouched, and it stops the frame from turning into noise.
