Use PicsArt’s Bokeh effect to create stunning photos for our Weekend Art Project!
The Bokeh effect is located in the Mask section of the menu. The effect replicates the bokeh technique of intentionally leaving part of your photo out-of-focus and contrasting it with the in-focus part of your photo. It intensifies a photos focus on the objects that you keep in crystal-clear focus and adds a sense of artistic depth. You can keep an object in the foreground crystal clear while blurring the background, or invert it and blur the foreground while focusing on something in the distance. The effect is fully customizable and replicates one of photography’s oldest and most beloved tricks.

How to submit your photos
Tag your images with #WAPbokeh or submit them directly in the contests section. Submit no more than a maximum of two photos.
