Between September 1st and 10th, show us your #HappyPlace by sharing an image to PicsArt. A happy place is somewhere you go to put yourself at ease, smile, or appreciate the moments you’ve been given. It’s a place you have a special connection to – a respite from the hectic nature of your day-to-day.
When you share your #HappyPlace, make sure to put your own personal spin on it. We want to see you, your style, or the way you spend your time there – like a having a fun picnic, taking artsy photos, or styling your outfit. Remember, Refinery29 is a fashion and lifestyle magazine. We’re looking for more than just pretty landscape. Show us how you enjoy your special #HappyPlace.

Submit your original image from September 1 to September 10 to PicsArt with the hashtag #HappyPlace to enter

After submissions close, a jury of R29 editors will select the entrant that best embodies Refinery29’s cutting edge lifestyle and fashion sense

The top winners will be featured on R29s website and win our undying admiration

If the best image is from a winner in the United States then we will also award him/her a brand new Leica C Gold Camera
The Fine Print

The winner will be notified of winning via comment from a PicsArt Community Manager within 48 hours of the voting ending, and will be given an email address to send their email and mailing address. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his/her photo comments for prize notification and emailing the email address given. If a winner does not send their address to the email given within one week PicsArt and R29 have the right to forfeit that prize winner’s prize.

For the US-resident that wins the camera: if he/she does not send their address to the email given within one week, or the prize is returned as undeliverable, that winner shall forfeit the prize. Prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted.
