Hey PicsArt fam! Guess what?
We’re teaming up with Magdalena Yeşil to promote her new book (out today!) “Power UP: How Smart Women Win in the New Economy.” Magdalena is an entrepreneur, a venture capitalist for many top tech companies, and a member of the PicsArt advisory board.
On November 15th, we’ll be hosting a discussion with Magdalena to talk about her book, her career in the tech industry, and her experiences as a woman in the Silicon Valley. The discussion will be facilitated by Jess Lee, venture capital partner at Sequoia Capital and former CEO of Polyvore. We’ll be livestreaming the whole event, so be sure to tune into our Facebook page to catch it live on Wednesday, November 15 at 6PM PT.
With many gender-related inequalities still prevalent in the tech industry, we hope that this event will spark an empowering dialogue for women in both tech and beyond.
To kick things off, we’re launching the Power Up Women Sticker Challenge in the app, starting today!
