This week, we want you to take a vacation from the real world and enter the cartooniverse. Use PicsArt to draw a cartoon selfie for this week’s Drawing Challenge.
What’s a cartoon selfie? It’s just a what a selfie would like if you were a cartoon instead of a real person.
Careful, you don’t want to get caught up drawing an exact and detailed self-portrait of your face. Cartoons aren’t about that. Keep the style simple but ramp up the personality. Exaggerate defining features, throw in props, express yourself.
Got big ears? Make them enormous! Have fun, embrace your sense of humor and draw yourself as a lovable cartoon character… or an evil one if that’s your thing.
Create a Video Tutorial – Use PicsArt’s new video export feature to create a time-lapse video of your drawing process, upload it to youtube with the tags #dccartoonselfie #picsart. The best videos will be featured in the PicsArt Daily Journal.
How to Enter
Submit a maximum of 2 drawings between Saturday morning and Tuesday, October 28th, at midnight (23:59 PST).
Submit a drawing by tagging it with #DCcartoonselfie or entering it in the Contest section.
Non-original art will be removed! Your drawing must be drawn with the PicsArt App, and it must be your own work. If not, you will be disqualified.
How to Vote
Vote for your favorites in the Contest section, where all entries are displayed randomly.
Voting begins Wednesday, October 29th, and closes Monday, November 3rd.

The 10 drawings with the most votes win. Our jury will also choose one entry outside of the the top 10 to be featured.
