I have used this app for a couple of years now and it performs perfectly. Whether you are editing your own photos or drawing/creating art from scratch, this app has everything you need and more! And take advantage of the contests & challenges sponsored by PicsArt to test and enhance your own skills. Pick and choose other artists you like within the app and follow their progress as you develop your own. I use this app just about every day and would hate to be without it!
