Our teams collaborate primarily from one of our office locations: London, Berlin, Madrid, Bucharest, Yerevan, or Miami. However, we also support ways of working that help people stay productive and inspired. This includes the opportunity to work remotely from another country for up to 60 days per year.
Some freelance or contract-based roles may be fully remote, depending on the nature of the work.

While the exact steps may vary by role or team, our hiring process typically includes three key pillars:

• An introductory conversation to get to know you
• A skills-based or technical assessment
• A chance to connect with the hiring manager and team

We’ll walk you through the process early on so you know what to expect and feel supported at every stage.
