A timeline usually includes events or milestones that are in chronological order. This is usually what you include in a timeline. If you’re using Picsart’s timeline maker, you can also add text, infographics, and shapes that will give your template a unique look. Got any photos you want to include? Tweak them with Picsart’s photo editor and add them to your timeline.

Write the events and dates in order, decide which milestones matter most, and choose a layout that fits the sequence. Add the verified dates and labels manually in the timeline design.

Describe the audience, purpose, required information, and visual style for your timeline. Use that brief to choose a suitable template, then enter and verify the final content in the editor.

Confirm the event order, dates, labels, and spacing before using your timeline in a presentation.
